Terms of service

This store is operated by Intent Design, LLC, doing business as Dinner Deck ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this store you agree to these terms. Please read them.

Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Products

Dinner Deck sells physical recipe card decks. Each card carries a QR code that opens a recipe, ingredient list and shopping link on dinnerdeck.com.

We do our best to show products accurately, but colors can vary between screens, and printed cards may differ slightly from photographs.

Recipes are provided for general use. We are not nutritionists. Please check ingredients yourself for allergies and dietary needs.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock or where a price or description was obviously wrong. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund you in full.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

Returns

Returns are covered by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

The QR codes and recipe content

The recipes, photographs, card artwork, the Dinner Deck name and logo, and the content on dinnerdeck.com are ours and remain ours. Buying a deck gives you the right to use it, not to reproduce or resell the content.

Please don't copy the cards, republish the recipes as your own, or reproduce the QR codes. Sharing a recipe link with a friend is welcome and encouraged.

We keep the recipe pages running as part of what you bought. We may improve or reorganize them over time, and very occasionally a recipe may change or be replaced.

Your account and communications

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure.

We'll email you about your order whether or not you sign up for marketing. Marketing email is separate and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
