Refund policy
Dinner Deck is operated by Intent Design, LLC. We want you to be happy with your deck. If you're not, here's exactly how returns work.
30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
For a change-of-mind return, the deck must be unopened with the shrink wrap intact. Once a deck has been opened we can't resell it, so we're not able to accept it back.
Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is paid by you. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item
If your deck arrives damaged, is missing cards, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
You don't need to send anything back in this case, and you won't pay any shipping. Just the photo.
How to start a return
Email dinnerdeck@gmail.com with your order number and what's wrong. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — we may not be able to identify an unannounced package.
Approved returns go to one of two addresses, depending on the carrier you use:
- USPS: PO Box 371, Hawley, MN 56549
- FedEx or UPS: 509 Front St, Hawley, MN 56549
Please use the address that matches your carrier. USPS cannot deliver to the street address, and FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to the PO Box. We'll confirm the right one when you email us.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, within 5 business days of us receiving the returned deck. For a damaged or incorrect item, within 5 business days of approving your photo.
Your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to show the money in your account. That part is outside our control.
Shipping is free on every order, so there's no shipping charge to refund.
Cancelling an order
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
